emotional/Binge eating
This type of eating is a solution for survival. It is the act of using food or beverages to cope with emotions rather than to satisfy physical hunger. It often involves eating/drinking in response to feelings of stress, boredom, loneliness, sadness, or even happiness. We often think in these instances food is the problem, but the problem is actually something deeper that needs healing.
low inflammatory eating
This style of eating focuses on reducing chronic inflammation in the body through food choices. Chronic inflammation is linked to many health issues, like heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and even mood disorders. Low inflammatory eating is a long-term balanced, whole-foods approach to eating that supports the body’s natural ability to fight inflammation.
Healthy habits
These are consistent behaviors or routines that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Implementing actionable habits you can set on repeat is how you start “adulting” with food and behaviors long-term. Build your habits and then your habits build you!
Low Insulin Living
This refers to a style of eating that helps keep your insulin levels stable- preventing blood sugar spikes and crashes. When you eat in a way that spikes insulin often, your body becomes less sensitive to insulin over time, which can contribute to insulin resistance, weight gain, fatigue and even conditions like prediabetes and PCOS. Balancing your blood sugar can also prevent frequent hunger and lowers your risk of emotional and binge eating.

This is where it all begins! This meeting is a consultation and short coaching session rolled into one. We spend 20-30 minutes together virtually, connecting over your current struggles, goals, expectations, and wishes for the future of your health and wellness.

1-on-1 Coaching
This most popular service consists of a 50 minute virtual 1-on-1 coaching session, done each week as we work through the coaching program that best suits your individual needs.
