I know personally the pain of using food to fill an emotional void and wanting desperately to break out of the yo-yo dieting cycle. I also know it IS possible to create a healthy relationship with food, guilt free!
My passion is educating others on how much our mindset determines the success of our health and how to use food as nourishment and not a security blanket.

Food is information and what we eat provides messages to our body and brain. Chronic inflammation from food can cause a variety of issues from IBS to autoimmune disease. Removing the inflammatory foods and replacing them with real, whole alternatives is the first step in healing.
Emotional eating, for many, is a deeply rooted learned behavior for coping with the messiness of daily life.

Over the years of working with clients I have come to realize that health on the very basic level is a series of habits. Once the food has been up-leveled and the emotions have been sorted, all you need are actionable habits you can set on repeat. Together we will learn those very habits one by one and implement them for your incredible transformation!
