Hi, I’m Erin - the empowered eating expert behind Mindset Nutrition and the creator of the Mindset Method.

I help compassionate, driven individuals overcome people-pleasing tendencies and emotional eating so they can nourish their bodies, set healthy boundaries, and thrive without guilt.

My passion is helping others understand how the weight we carry in our minds often reflects in our bodies. It’s not just about what we eat- it’s about the beliefs we hold, the stress we carry, and the expectations we put on ourselves.

When we begin to release the mental and emotional weight (through compassion, boundaries, and empowered choices) we create space for true healing. And from there, a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and our body becomes possible.

what is the mindset method?

If you are someone who has spent a lifetime dieting; I imagine you often feel lost, overwhelmed and burdened by the pressures of thin culture. You may feel completely disconnected from yourself and/or disappointed that you haven’t figured out the magic solution by now. Life feels chaotic and your eating habits feel the same. If this is how you feel – I get you.

For the first half of my life, I made being healthy complicated, restrictive and miserable. I worked this VERY broken system, until there was nothing left for me to give. It felt defeating, frustrating, confusing and most of all…like I was a failure. And then one day, I let go it all go. I threw away diet books, calorie counters and obsessive tracking journals. There had to be a different way and if anyone could figure it out, I could!

This became the mindset method.

What I learned and created was a compassionate, step-by-step approach to healing your relationship with food by addressing the root cause – not just the symptoms. It is not about quick fixes – it’s about deep transformation. The Mindset Method is designed for those who are ready to stop obsessing over food and start living with freedom, confidence, and peace. My clients need to know I hear them, see them and support them in this process. It matters that they feel safe to openly express their emotions and trust me to hold space for them while we take this journey together.

The Mindset Method is more than likely different from any other coaching program you have done. The diet industry is made for repeat customers…this program is not. My mission is to motivate the individuals I work with to have power over their plate, feel confident in their body and heal their relationship with food. They learn to trust themselves, reject the food noise and decide what is best for them and their body. There is pure MAGIC when you can be anywhere in the world, and still feeling self assured in your choices.

What I teach my clients is not found in a book, in a magazine or podcast. It is lived experience, and my own unique Mindset Method of approaching wellness that I have curated over the last 20+ years. It IS possible to set boundaries, have power over your plate and feel confident in your body and with your relationship with food.
